2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. How did you check the approved from the working on a 2006 hybrid Highlander

Question edited for clarity add maker. Question moved to model category. Your question as written makes no sense. You made an earlier post 10 minutes before asking "How do check fuel pump is working". Although badly written, (How do you check that the fuel pump is working?), I can answer that. In the engine bay on the fuel rail there is a port that looks like a tyre stem called a Schrader Valve. You connect a fuel pressure gauge to it and test the fuel pressure when turning the engine over to start it. The pressure should be 44-50 PSI. https://www.google.com/search?q=2006+Toyota+Highlander+Hybrid+test+fuel+pressure ..

How do I remove the CV axle?

Some cars have a flange with 6 bolts holding on the inside CV joint, but then you would not be asking, so then likely you have the kind that is just held in by being trapped. The outer CV is likely held on with a large nut in the center, under the hub cap. But there is no room to remove the axle normally, so you have to disconnect some part of the suspension. That can be make, model, and year dependent because you don't want to disturb the alignment adjustment unnecessarily. On many cars you disconnect the lower ball joint, allowing the whole knuckle and strut to move out. It is easy to also drop the top of the strut, once you have removed the brake caliper so you don't harm the flexible brake hose.

Check vsc system

veh, stable sustem is the warning on all the time. yes, get it serviced, a shop will scan it and see the real errors not customer display weak messages. they see, DTC errors, for brakes, ABS and other errors that cause VSC to fail, (vsc is last in the loop) so.. even basic brakes can be bad. bad pads, and other very simple things. get it scanned, or serviced.

I have 2006 Toyota highlander and am finding it difficult to turn the steering wheel, Can someone help me?

More then likely your power steering unit has gone out. Is it just as hard to turn the vehicle when it is turned on when it is off? If it is intermittent meaning it is easy sometimes and hard other times, it would still be a good indication that your power steering unit is failing and or going bad.

2006 Toyota Hybrid Highlander, Everything sounding and driving fine until pulled up to a drive thru line with foot still on brake, car seemed to start "missing" (old school) running rough, then a loud

this fan noise may be the coolant fan doing the job of cooling the radiator when there is no air flow through the radiator as in standing in a line or at lights. IN a drive through line you would have the window down and so the noise came to your attention when the fan cut in. However have it checked out by an accredited repair shop to put your mind at rest.
