Hello, the dash illumination lights are supplied voltage by the tail light fuse, both are on the same circuit, locate the fuse panel at the left lower dash behind the pull out cover, look for the fuse marked 'TAIL'

check battrey cables and conectiond and check battery for adequate voltage should be 12 volts at least.

While my solution will get your discs out it doesn't completely fix the issue. I still can't load more than one disc or the error reoccurs.
