Power Distribution Center(PDC) located under hood in upper drivers corner. Check all relays and fuses. And check the voltage on the battery, kinda seems like it is dicipating slowly. An engine requires 10 volts to the starter to deliver 10 volts to the crank shaft, Your hearing noises coming from the fuse box check those fuses replace every one needs replacing. At the PDC you will find a light fuse for interior lights for dash board, thers no fus for gauges just lights. When you are playing with fuses and wires be sure to disconect negative to battery, thers always the possibility to short something out, you could temporarely pull fuses to items you dont use, this will help process of elimination, try to recharge the battery, and without having a ohmeter, or voltmeter, to check voltages to every wire, so a way to elliminate, is pull a fuse and try to start the car, if that fuse did nothing put the fuse back and try another, and maybe a power surge is kiling off fuses,... you have a big electrical problem, you will need to figure that out first before you can get the care to start. Turn the key one or two clicks, If check engine light comes on, thats cool that means your car has a message, it will tell you what is going on.
