What are Fault codes P0441 + P0704 On my 05 Plate Octavia VRS?

Code P0441 seems to relate to the EVAP Emission Control System. Either there is a blockage or a leak in one of the valves (N80 or N115) or the pipes between throttle body and tank breather are broken. Code P0704 seems to be a faulty clutch pedal position switch Here's more info about code P0441 at ross-tech: 16825 P0441 001089 And code P0704 at ross-tech: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/17088/P0704

Hi ,it is skoda octavia, my CD player has no power, pls can you help

Usually CD players can receive power from two sources. Either the use of batteries or an AC adapter. Try one of these options. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/darnell_06979bec4e109662

Side light change

Use a plastic spudger to pry the side light out. Then you can open the light-housing and change the bulb. Check if it's working first. Make sure to clean both surfaces before popping the side light back in place.

Less pickup in the beginning and runs smooth above 50km/hr

Immediate Service required. Check transmission oil. It's either wrong oil type or oil level is too low. Automatic transmission oil needs to be replaced every 60.000 km. until then don't go too fast and accelerate moderately.

Where is the Skoda Octavia transmission located

I bet you have an automatic transmission then. The transmission is located unter your bonnet and is directly attached to the engine (and to the front wheels of course) Technically i have answered your question, but I'm not quite sure if that's what you really expected. Be more specific if I'm right.

Slow pick up

The following are the general instructions on the start of diagnosing any electronically controlled engine or transmission problem.

The engine and the automatic transmission (transmission control is only for automatics, engine is still computer controlled no matter the transmission type) in this vehicle are computer controlled and in most cases when a fault occurs a fault code is stored in the memory of the computer control module. There are exception to this, such as the Mass Airflow Meter and fuel pressure problems. What must be done is to have all the basic testing done such as a scan of the system for fault codes as well as a check with a live data scanner tool for engine functions that are not within range of normal, a trained technician is required to know what is correct and what isn't, then based on careful diagnostics done from a factory repair manual the correct part is replaced or the wiring repaired or the computer replaced (known as the PCM), which is very rarely the problem. Other basic checks must be done as well such as mechanical problems with the engine as well as engine state of tune and mileage on the engine. The transmission can have mechanical issues as well such as no gear engagement at all or a failed pump or other pressure related problems. Also engine mechanical problems can and do cause many drive-ability related problem such as rough idle and other symptoms.

Replace diesel fuel pump & injectors now it won't start

sounds similar to the problems ive had with my focus tddi on several occasions due to the float in the tank sticking, so thinking i had more fuel then i actually did. if i were you to make sure fuel is being pumped, crack off injectors 1 and 4, then get someone to turnover the car while you wait to see if diesel squirts out from the injectors, hopefully it should fire, if it does get the person turning the vehicle over to stop, then tighten them back up. i hope this helps, let me know

You haven't given much detail about the car but long crank is normally associated with flooding. Dying out as well may occur due tyo too much fuel. CHECK FOR THAT.
