you have to scan it for faults then you will know exactly whats wrong

hi you need to get yoyr car to a local trusted garage and have the diagnostic system scanned. The car is in limp mode because a sensor has either indicated a problem or a part has blocked or failed. The exhaust will glow because the fueling is all upset. It may well be an airflow sensor, coolant sensor fault which will clog up the upstream lambda and put the engine into limp. Dont guess...get it scanned...it will be much cheaper. Cheers Roger
