You should not have to bleed the cooling system, just run the motor with the radiator fill cap off and fill to desired level. The coolant will be drawn into the motor as needed until its filled.

Fix the EGR valve yourself for around $100, all you need is a 10mm socket and ratchet and 10 minutes

i doubt there is a fuse for the cruise control seperately , what is vehicle year ? if after 96 get the obd codes read may give you a point to start at

Sounds like the key fob is going bad and needs replaced.
