You checked that you have oil in the engine, right? If not, check it before starting the engine again. If you are not low on oil, it could be the oil pump that's gone bad, clogged oil filter, or even the oil pressure sensor. Have a mechanic check it.

Next to the throttle handle on the top of the engine is a little black part that is Idle motor when it malfunction the result is high idle speed and it have to be cleared with WD40 lubricant spray or have to be changed.

If you feel it heavy on low RPM first see if the fluid level is in range and if it is you can change it . The fluid have a lifespan just like the brake fluid and have to be changed in few ears.

The sensor is actually a small black pressure key on the front inside part of the door and it is covered with rubber

I know this sounds weird, but check on the mirror housing( pass. side) it should be located in the mirror.

Sounds like your speed sensor is dirty. You can take it out and replace it or give it a clean and see if this helps.

am I reading this right it doesn't do it over bumps,steering or braking but when you are driving, could you give more info like does it only happen when driving or turning corners, high or low speeds or both thanks in advance
