no question asks is the a dead Opel sound system. OEM and lost the code? well ONLY OPEL can fix it. your post is not clear what you want or what is wrong at all

Check cranck sensor and cam sensor connectors, some times connector fit wrong. Connectors are same ;)

well 50 causes, to make any engine fail. bad idle (no year told why?) egr stuck open IAC stuck closed gunked up bad spark plugs or wires. bad fuel bad injection weak fuel pump. if forced to idle with fast right foot does engine have full power now? not starter means it cranks fast and engine does not start? will it start with 5% foot throttle added,? this add air to hide bad IAC..

There are hundreds of nuts and bolts on any vehicles. Each one can be a different Torque setting. We can't help unless we know exactly which nut or bolt your referring to. If there are lots of settings you need to know buy a decent workshop manual and that will give you all the torque settings for the vehicle.

Most steering wheels are held on with a large nut or a large bolt. To get to it you will need to remove the airbag. **Caution** FIRST remove the negative cable from the battery to stop any power going to the Airbag. The Airbag has an Explosive charge built into it so be careful when handling it. On the back of the steering wheel, roughly level with the indicator/wiper stalks, there are two holes. In each of these is a Torx bolt holding the airbag assembly in place. I think it's either a T27 or a T30. You will need a reasonably long Torx tool as they can be quite deep in the holes on certain models. The airbag body should lift up and away from the steering wheel. This will reveal a Yellow wire to the back of the Airbag. CAREFULLY disconnect this wire. You will need to unhook the yellow peg on the connector before it will pull off. Put the airbag down somewhere where it won't get dropped, kicked or tripped over. I usually tuck it under the car so it's well out of the way. Now you have safe access to the retaining bolt on the steering wheel. There is another black wire connector mounted in the steering wheel which you will need to disconnect. The mounting bolt is an E20 torx head. Sometimes these bolt can be in very tight so you might need a power bar for leverage. Don't remove the bolt all the way. Pull the steering wheel toward you until you feel it go loose. Leaving the bolt in it stops the steering wheel smacking you in the face if it comes loose suddenly. Remove the bolt all the way and lift the steering wheel off. **NOTE** There is a spinning plate directly behind the steering wheel. Pay close attention to where it is positioned as this controls when you turn signal clicks off after a turning a corner. Refitting is... -Reposition back plate for the indicators. -Thread the yellow and black cables back through the steering wheel. - Line up the steering wheel and push it into position. - Refit the centre bolt and tighten until good and tight. - Reconnect the black cable. - Retrieve the airbag from under the car and reconnect the yellow wire. Make sure it is pushed all the way on and push the yellow retaining clip back into place. - Mount the airbag back into the steering wheel and refit the two T27 bolts. It'll be a Pain in the Tailbone as they usually don't line up on your first attempt. - Reconnect your battery Negative cable.

the brakes need service. some shoe brakes do that normally if lightly applied. they can act just like banjo string plucked. a shoe chatters fast. they sell parts to stop that. if annoying. it is. a brake shop can solve this easy. any time brakes act odd or make odd sounds or leak fluid it must be inspected first. drum off, see damage or shoe shot.> or drums need to be turned(milled) it needs and inspection for sure.

There is a reason for the engine running rich. The black exhaust smoke is a common sign of over fuelling. Are there any warning lights on the dashboard? I would recommend you get the vehicle plugged into a vehicle diagnostic system or an OBD2 scanner to look for Trouble Codes. These will give clues as to where the issue could be. codes are OBD ll and are available on line free google P0222 What the P0222 code means. The manufacturer specifies a range of acceptable voltage to be produced from the throttle position sensor. The P0222 code is an indication that the voltage produced by the throttle position sensor has been the detected by the Engine Control Module (ECM) to have fallen below this specification youn google remaining.

the cam turns at 1/2 distance. It take 2 full turns of motor to return cam to the timing marks. have you changed timing belts, they do stretch.

Opel Zafira 1.6B gen2 Petrol not CNG fuel ,right? A.K.A, FAMILY 1 ENGINE. SINGLE OR TWIN CAM? a total lack of power , full power(engine) weak. (stick shifted) 400RPM means the PCM can not control idle. AT ALL. check fuses first.! scan it next using a real scan tool not some $20 code reader. there are in fact many causes for this, and newer the IAT intake air temp sensor) EGR stuck open sure. but not now egr is new(main valve)

1. a bad engine, even cam belt slipped. never allow this.
2. bad spark, 1 or more coils , spark plug bad.
3. bad fueling too rich or too lean or bad fuel

so did you drive the car over 100km and not replace the cam belt if yes oops. that can wreck the engine or bend valves. sold here and with many 1.6L engine variants Europe (except for United Kingdom), Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan & South Africa

check the firing order for the HT leads either that or check the valve timing

Electronic Power Steering (EPS) Is an electronic system not hydraulic like older cars it's supposed to be better because u can still steer even if vehicle stalls unlike hydraulic systems the engine had to be running but if it detects an issue like a bad wheel sensor it will be disabled and making it hard to steer you may need to replace motor on steering column
