May be tough to find if you can't test components while it is not starting.I assume the check engine light is not on when the engine is running.

the running lights have a different fuse then the headlights but the running lights share a fuse with the dash lights so check the fuses

First clean the mass air flow sensor with a non-chlronated brake cleaner then let it dry for 10 minutes then re-install and reset the computer.If the problem still exist then check the fuel pressure it should be 48-55 psi with the key on an engine off.If its not within these specs then replace the fuel pump.

Filter or pickup is probably clogged.
