A lot of thing's , has sensors , switches , a control module , relay's etc....
The roof opening panel is an electronically operated panel that can be opened or closed by pressing a switch located on the overhead console. It also has one-touch open, one-touch close, one-touch vent open and one-touch vent close features.
Roof Opening Panel
The roof opening panel assembly uses an integrated motor and module to operate the roof opening panel. The roof opening panel motor and module are installed new as an assembly. The roof opening panel is an electronically operated glass panel that can be opened, closed or tilted by the roof opening panel switch. Actuating the switch in either a forward or rearward motion supplies a ground to the roof opening panel motor/module. The roof opening panel has one-touch open and one-touch close features that are activated when the switch is momentarily pressed to the double detent OPEN or CLOSE position. These functions are controlled by the roof opening panel motor/module.
The roof opening panel motor must be initialized whenever the roof opening panel motor has been removed from the roof opening panel system, the roof opening panel assembly has been removed from the vehicle, a new roof opening panel motor has been installed or a new roof opening panel assembly has been installed.

This is a common issue with that model of radio, here is a video about the same radio and how it is fixed. Bear in mind the person shows how he removed his radio from an Explorer, so yours may come out of the dash differently and basically you can skip the first four minutes or more of the video and just see what needs repair:
This car has one inline fuel filter, it is located under the car at the right rear, if you lay in front of right rear tire (passenger side) and look under the vehicle you might see it. You need a special tool to release the line. Any auto parts store will have the tools needed.
Underneath the break pedal there is a switch that has a button on it, when you press the brake pedal to move the car this button is pressed sending a signal to the shifter allowing it to disengage. If it is not making contact it will not disengage the shift lever. I have seen it many times that the clip that connects to the swich may have become disconnected some how. My bet is that the switch is out or busted might need to have it replaced not to hard to do. Now the reason that you are able to get it out of park by pressing the manuel port is because this is the same lock that the switch sends the signal to. There is no harm by doing this just some agravation on having to do this. Hope this helps
Follow the upper radiator hose to the engine. The thermostat should be under the water outlet for the upper hose.Be careful with the o-ring seal if you take the outlet off.
There are usually 2 adjustable screws in the casing. They may be the same ones used to attach to the headlight support, but the headlight housing glides along the screw and travels along it to adjust the beam.If you have anything left of your old unit, look at it. Sometimes the manufacturer provides an extremely small hex shape on the back of the screw. This type can adjust from the rear of the headlight under the hood and you use an extremely small socket to turn it.There is often a rubber collar on this screw shaft that you can grip with a pair of pliers The rubber collar looks a little like a sink washer. Keep the rubber collar stationary and then turn the shaft and it will adjust.

Underhood battery junction box . Fuel pump not working ? Your vehicle has electronic returnless fuel system , has a fuel pump driver module , fuel rail pressure sensor that is a input to the PCM - engine computer . PCM communicates fuel needs to the FPDM which controls the fuel pump with PWM - pulse width modulation . The fuel pump does not run all the time.

Check you water damp outlet is not blocked. This causes build up of water inside the cabin after a while. Owner manual should help you indicate, otherwise, under the car the outlet should be seen and if no water dispenses when aircon is on, it’s definitely clogged
Well you could have a couple problems. First and maybe the simple to check. Open the hood and see of the shifter is moving when the inside is moving. Connectors and brackets do break. You think the slave is working but only way to know is with the car off and in gear. Try pushing the car if it does not roll then the clutch is working and nothing is broke letting the car roll easy. Press the clutch and if the car rolls then you know the clutch is working. Yes it's a simple test but it works then at least you know it's not the clutch. If you can't get the car in gear when running but you can when it's turn off. Good guess the master cylinder slave or a hose has gone bad. Check the fluid see if it's empty. If it is then it's clear there is the problem and filling the reservoir will show where it's leaking once you see the leak. Bleeding the system after replacing parts will be the last thing. If everything seems good. Last and worse case would be the transmission broke or cv shaft broke but then it would roll easy and make alot of grinding noises depending on where it broke. Trany shop can always help figure out what's wrong and give an estimate for parts and labor
Probably a voltage sensor locking the signal to start the car. Check the battery and charging system. Happened the other day to my wife. Battery was weak. don-ohio
There is a lockout that keeps the starter from turning the engine over unless your foot is on the brake. When a foot bumps the switch which is usually on the upper brake pedal level, the switch can either break or move where it will not work.
Often you will notice the brake lights do not work, but there are some that will break and short out in different ways.
