Grab the steering wheel and pull all the way to the left and turn your key at the same time. When the steering wheel is locked on most MB's it won't allow you to turn the key. Not sure why your alarm is going on and off.

You may have to pull up really hard to be able to release it, if it was applied really hard, if not and it's an automatic transmission you may have to get someone to cut the cable going to the rear brakes to release them. NOT THE METAL LINES
