You'll need to have someone scan the engine and body computers to get the trouble codes. The ESC and ABS could be on because of a problem connected to the engine computer, or they could have their own issues in addition to the engine. All three systems work together.
Well it could be from two different sources.If it happens when the heater or ac is on, your heater core may be leaking inside the car. If it happens in the vent position, you may be drawing air from the engine compartment and you may have a coolant leak on the engine somewhere.

This code does not refer to the O2 sensors. There is another sensor on the exhaust system called a "NOx" sensor. This monitors the Nitrogen Oxide levels in the Exhaust. Some vehicle manufacturers need to have the new sensor coded to the vehicles ECU to turn off the engine warning light.
It doesn't start because the immobiliser light is on and your vehicle is immobilised.
Did the battery go flat? Did you change the battery?
You need the dealership or an autoelectrician with a scan tool programming computer.
