I will assume the dealership checked the fluid level, and speed sensor. That being said, you will need a new trans.

The wiper is stoping 5CM

The wiper motor can be reset to rest at the base of the windscreen , with the wiper in the parking setting -off, remove and set the wiper arm down to rest on the base of the windshield. test to confirm if the resting is correct or redo .
The ACS normally comes on while the car is powered and is seen on many that can be wished away if there are no issues. make sure that the lights dont come back to stay when it needs a check. otherwise in the initial momentum the sensors can interpret with an error.
Prefer to leave if off as the full unit cost and there is no point to change unless it shows up in a technical failure.
Even many forums have reported this and responded to go on..

Wrist pin knocking

Start simple. It could be as simple as a loose spark plug. Get a mechanics stethoscope and track it down.Take off the cover and listen at each plug. Then listen at the side of the block, and down along the base. If it's a rod bearing or wrist pin (opposite ends of the connecting rod) then you should be able to narrow it down to which cylinder. You can hear amazingly clearly with the right tools. ------------- KNOCK:-- Like knuckles on a wooden door, this sound is deep and hollow. Often it's a warning that something important (and expensive) is about to let go.

It's unfortunate that a loose pin sounds pretty much the same as a defunct rod bearing, but with a little patience you should be able to determine what's at fault.

First, check idle oil pressure even if you have to screw in a mechanical gauge. If it's low, you can bias your decision toward bearings.

Next, listen with your stethoscope. A rod bearing makes more noise at the oil pan than elsewhere, and a wrist pin more racket up on the water jacket. Hold RPMs at 2500, **** the throttle open and let it snap closed. This will accentuate rod knock, whereas pin noise won't change very much.

Now's the time to starting shorting out cylinders. A bad pin will quiet down, but a rod knock will double its cadence.

Finally, you can pull the pan for a visual inspection. If the bearings are good, you know you've got a pin problem.

-----------------

If you can make the knocking stop by disabling that cylinder, the problem will be in the piston and wristpin. The fit of the wristpin to the piston is too loose, causing the knocking. The fix for this condition is to disassemble the engine and replace the particular cylinder piston and wristpin.

I purchase a 1999 X

There are also possibilities like :spark plugs, the coil pack, the fuel pressure check, the fuel pump, the fuel filter, the injectors etc etc,if this all this check out then yes its the ECM - the electronic control module problem. 1) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? If no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack. If the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack. The spark plug gets power to spark from coil pack. 2) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car. If there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.

3) Get the fuel pressure checked. If its less then its quite possible that fuel pump needs to be replaced and fuel filter is got clogged.

My 1999 v8 sports jaguar

It's tedious, but start checking the wiring, two wires are touching somewhere or the ground is bad. Sounds like a engine ground, or a crossed wire. One connecter might be plugged in backwards making a self engerizeing circuit.
I would go over every connection and check the 2 engine grounds.

The ignition switch may be closed. This should open when the key turns the switch off to open the circuit.
the fact that you can remove the key indicates that the electrical portion of the ign switch is faulty.
If the ign switch is good and the lockbarrel is fine then the ign switch is being bypassed or shorted(hot wired).
If you can remove the key without switching to off, then the mechanism is badly worn in the lock barrel.
make sure the starter circuit is wired correctly as the bypass may be at its terminals.
