Hi Mathew: I've never encountered an engine that required gasket maintenance as a result of changing spark plugs. I'm not saying that it might need a gasket replacement, but it would not be because of changing the spark plugs.

Replacement mirror glass comes with double sided tape. Just clean all the old glass off of frame on place new glass on frame.
