How is it possible for a car that was purchased brand new and now has only 93000 on the clock to have motor problems?

If it was repaired less than a year ago, it should be warranty. To find recalls. Go to recall.com. Type in the info of your car. This will tell if any are out there. You might need the VIN# to see if yours falls within range.

The lighter in my car is not working, I think it

What you do is you look at the fuse panel for where your lighter fuse is located. It will have a number (5, 10 15 20 etc.).This is the amps. Just go to Walmart or any auto part store and you can buy a set of them. Just plug the same fuse in the spot and it should work. I recomend if you still need help to bring the old fuse with you so the people there can get you the correct one.

2016 Hyundai i10. Should both fog lights come on when side lights switched on?

Question edited for clarity.Question moved to model category.Duplicate questions x 2 deleted. Refresh page to see your post. No, low level fog lights are for use in fog only to reduce glare back to the driver. You have one bulb that need replacing on the offside and you need to turn them off on the lighting stalk. Also as you have the U.K. version make sure you only use the high intensity rear guard light when visibility is 500 yards or less. I live in Canada now and people with European cars (Volvo, Mini, Fiat) have no idea when to use them and blind other drivers on the motorways in clear weather.Page 146 of the manual - Section 4-69.OWNER'S MANUALhyundaimotors.co.ilhttps://www.hyundaimotors.co.il > i10-engThis manual applies to all Hyundai models and includes descriptions and ... Hyundai i10, replaced the battery in the key. It unlocks the doors, but doesn't lock the doors. I can hear the door lock wants to lock but it doesn't lock the doors.

Question edited for clarity / spelling of maker. Check out the videos, but you are probably going to need an auto-electrician, the dealership, or an auto-locksmith. https://www.google.com/search?q=Hyundai+i10+doors+won%27t+lock ..

The valve clearance specifications are as follows: • Engine coolant temperature: 20°C [68°F] • Limit Intake : 0.10 ~ 0.30mm (0.0039 ~ 0.0118in.) • Exhaust: 0.20 ~ 0.40mm (0.0079 ~ 0.0157in.) Also, look at your car's owner's manual ato figure out how to check your valve clearance once you've put about 60K miles to it, and there it will also tell you what the specifications should be.

Hyundai i 10 1.2L 2014 fog lights not working. How do I proceed

If the fuses are fine I would pull the bulbs out of the fog lights and check them to see if they are burnt out you could also use a test light on the bulb holder turn the fog lights on in the vehicle take test light and test both tabs in the connector one should have power and other side will not if bulbs look good and there’s no power coming to the bulb connector the switch might be bad or could have a break in the wires coming from the switch. Hopefully this will help

My i10 car power steering got hard and eps light on after car hit on a sand bump, the same fault steering hard coming some days ago but it clear in 2-3 days and car steering running smoothly but now it becomes hard after hitting sand bump what should i do plz suggest

Check the level of your power steering fluid. If it is low hitting a bump could cause the fluid to lose pressure. Check your owners manual for proper fluid type and do not over fill the reservoir.

Hi We cant find the airbag module in our i10 does anybody know how to find it. We were told that its in the middle where hand brake is but cant get the cover etc off to look if its there. Please help.

I don't know the answer but the classic or usual position of the airbag module is fixed to the front scuttle, firewall, bulkhead behind the dashboard. Probably best to check with the dealer or good bodyshop.

How to adjust rear brake and handbrake on Hyundia i10

look in your centre console between the seats and remove the bottom of it this would usually just pull out then there should be the end of your handbrake cables with a 10mm adjustable nut that you can get a spanner on ,obviously make sure your car can not roll and release your handbrake wind the nut in a couple of turns then try your handbrake ,keep doing this until it reaches your desired height Hope this helps Nick

If I replace my ecu with a secondhand one for my hyundi I 10 do I need to code the key

No, the ecm must be programed for the car. I am a Kia mechanic and Kia is the sister company to hyundi like Honda to Acura. You cannot put any ecm in cars now a days. The ecm Kia has are one shot deals. They can only be programed once. Napa, car quest, can get new elms cheaper than the dealer in most cases, but you will still have to tow it to the dealer to be programed for the car.

What would cause the revs to go from 3000 to 3500 on my hyundai i10

Vacuum leaks come to mind. Get a can of spray carb cleaner and spray it near vacuum hoses but not near spark plug wires. If the idle changes as you spray that is where a leak is. Fix the leak.

Should Honda Amanzimtoti be liable for the 60,000 km service on my Hyundai I10.

Depends on the laws in your country. In the US it would not be covered as it is routine maintenance and you should have negotiated that at the time of purchase since it was so close to being due.
