No not without modification

A hum from one tyre, if the same brand as the others, could be from the wheel bearing. If this is loose or worn, it will produce a low hum. You should be able to assess that by jacking up that wheel and shaking it fore and aft and top to bottom, then, take off the wheel and slowly rotate the hub while feeling for roughness. It should feel slick as glass. Then, the wheel may be out of round or have something stuck in the tread. To see that, swap LH and RH front tyres for a bit, but don't leave them like that forever.

Sorry but you need to purchase a factory service manual set to see where the bearing go.

Most likely problem is a loose connection of one of the battery cables. Check them all at both ends. Tighten any loose connections.

Possible timing chain stretched putting engine timing slightly out causing fuel not to burn properly . And the noise could be the chain slapping about .

The brake pads are grabbing due to moisture, I would replace them with a set of high quality after market ones to stop this problem.

Pull it back to normal position.If it will not go back it is broken internally.
