Most seat warmers have very small wires hat run in a grid. When voltage passes thru them they create heat. Like a Toaster Very possible the wire broke.

The lock assembly in the door is faulty. It gets tricky since Hummers are no longer in production. Changing the door lock cylinders will get you a different key than the ignition. Any GM dealer should be able to get you the parts.

If you checked for power inside the socket(power and ground) the bend the tabs in the socket to touch the bulb wires. They get hot and bend. pull them out a bit.

first mistake you make is to increase the fuse capacity to above that required. You have a short in the circuit and by putting such a large fuse in you run the very real risk of burning the wiring loom. Check the bulb sockets and check that the right bulbs are in the sockets. bulbs come in two styles. one has 2 contact points and is either for 2 filaments (stop and tail) or a earth wire (Plastic light units) and the other is a single contact that earths out through the metal base . If you have the wrong bulb in place the current will short directly across the contacts and the light will not come on and the fuse will blow. Fuses for tail lights will be 5 amp maximun

they get stuck if your replacing it you need to beat it off

There is most likely a short in the wire feeding power to the bulb. Start at the back of the fixture and follow the wire look close for places where the insulation is cracked or worn. Pay close attention to places where it could rub on something. If you find a bad place, tape it up and see if that fixes it. If not keep looking till you find it. When you do, you'll have to replace that segment of wire.preferably all the way to the light.

use a meter to check switch and motor --also check track for debris jamming or gear problem

Question edited for clarity and *won't, not want. Take it into a garage that has a good diagnostic scan tool. That is an electronics issue.

see a technician, dont spoil by doing something urself

bring to auto parts store and they will clear the computer for free..sometimes the computer needs to run for a few min to adjust settings

The settings for these can be reprogrammed. Look up the reprogramming sequence for that particular vehicle. I assume it has just been programmed not to lock or unlock from park.
