Honda CRV doesn't start in cold weather.

Smelling fuel is either a fuel leak or an ignition problem. No spark will give raw fuel out of the exhaust.

I have a Honda Fit which has screen gathers VXH-082MCV in Japanese. How can I change to English?

Depending on the targeted market of the vehicle and the model, some only come in Japanese because they are for domestic use. The easy way is to use a smartphone with the Google Translate App and use the Camera Feature to translate what you see on the screen. Look for Settings / Language. https://www.google.com/search?q=Honda+Fit+which+has+screen+gathers+VXH-082MCV+in+Japanese.+How+can+I+change+to+English ..

2005 Honda sedan. How to test my thermostat without taking it out of my car.

Is the vehicle overheating? You can use a infra red thermometer to check the temperature both sides of the thermostat housing. That is the only way to check without removing it. The temperature through all parts of the cooling system should be within a few degrees. The proper way is to remove the thermostat and put it in a saucepan of cold water and bring it up to a simmer. You put a thermometer in the water and watch for the thermostat to open. The opening temperature is in the specs or stamped onto the thermostat itself. ..

Replacing roof airbags in 2009 Honda Civic LX - hard? Curtain airbags deployed. Does it require replacing the computer?

No not hard, but is a job for the dealership. The collision sensor needs to be found, checked and reset otherwise when you connect the new one, it will immediately explode and deploy. The ECM and BCM computers merely transmit the signal to deploy, so they don't need replacing. https://www.google.com/search?q=how+car+airbag+works ..

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot FWD. The front brakes are locked up. I can release the pressure by cracking the bleeder and brake fluid squirts out. I can then compress the piston. The brakes lock up again

Have you checked the integrity of the caliper seals to make sure they aren't leaking or compromised/torn? Is the problem happening on only one axle, or two? Also, how are the brake lines and/or hoses leading to the calipers? Any kinks or tears? Fluid leaks?Could be calipers that need to be replaced, but could also be other problems. What's the mileage on the vehicle and are you losing brake fluid from the reservoir and having to top it off often?

1997 Honda Accord SE What would cause it to suddenly not want to start when cranking ?

Several factors could cause a 1997 Honda Accord SE to suddenly not start when cranking:

1. **Battery**: Check the battery terminals for corrosion and ensure they are tightly connected. A weak or dead battery could prevent the engine from starting.

2. **Fuel**: Verify that there is enough fuel in the tank. If the fuel pump is failing or there are issues with the fuel system, it could cause starting problems.

3. **Ignition System**: Faulty ignition components such as the spark plugs, ignition coil, or distributor cap could prevent the engine from starting.

4. **Starter Motor**: If the starter motor is failing or the connections are loose, it may not engage properly to start the engine.

5. **Engine Timing**: Issues with the timing belt or timing chain could affect the engine's ability to start.

6. **Engine Sensors**: Malfunctioning engine sensors such as the crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor could disrupt the starting process.

7. **Electrical Issues**: Problems with the electrical system, such as a faulty ignition switch or wiring issues, could prevent the engine from starting.

If you're unable to diagnose the issue yourself, it's recommended to have a professional mechanic inspect your vehicle to determine the exact cause of the starting problem.

2014 honda odyssey 3.4 code p0360 won't start

P0360 is an issue with the ignition coils and the related systems. There is an issue with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) not detecting a signal to one or more of the coils. The engine might not be getting the signal to fire the spark plugs and that is why it won't start. You will need to get a good mechanic or auto-electrician to look at this.
