wow no year car told or country, wow!!!! well the blower controls are bad. so there is that to fix if the scan tool shows PID ECT AT 180F UP IT OK THEN ENGINE IS FULLY HOT IN 1MIN WORK SCANNED then we put IR gun to heater core tubes or fingers and both tubes are 180f hot, both. if both are core water side is good. so now the dash box, damper blend door is tuck closed. the service manual covers how to inspect and test the dampers just stuck moved by hand is stuck and needs repair or not stuck door, and actuator motor is dead as they love to do RTM read the service manual chapter hVAC, its all there the tests. I just showed how to prove what end of car fails hood side cab side no car year told. no easy answer guessing what you drive or VIN told. even the dealer wont talk to you lacking VIN so he won't lie to you, ok, all things come from the VIN./ even the service manuals do.

This old CEL amp is Tungsten lamp and ran for 31 year and gee most are blown out with 700hr life spec on said bulb. car drives find, RIGHT, (not told ) and PRNDL lamps work DRIVING? no told at all what engine is doing and the key switch. most modern cars cut this stuff all off key off after 10 minutes key off, the delayed power features. on modern cars explained in the users guide. if that knob works on all lamps it runs,(lots) then it is OKAY.. check all fuses yet,? turn the dimmer to max and you tell us? so all else works car drives, heater blower works on high. all that works and does not work both matter, in all complex electrical things. point a flash light to the cluster PRNDd21 display does that work when failed. the PRNDL lamps in the dash for sure are oldskool lamp and is wired to a dimmer module in the cluster fuse F9 kills dead this cluster device. the F9 path is dead, key off then 2 current steering diodes in said IP cluster, get power from a special relay. key on or ACC key mode Accessory Power Socket Relay and may have delay.

301 means #1 has low combustion energy ,weak.
