gt a test light and properly ground it and with the engine running or not as long as the key is on take your test light probe and touch each side of the top of every fuse the light will illuminate if power is flowing thru fuse if light does not illuminate you have a blown fuse pullit replace with proper amp and identify what its for

It is always your decision, in life !! What happens when torqued properly is the bolt is stretched, SO, you are asking the bolt to stretch again.. I have used the same bolts on several heads..on different vehicles.. BUT I clean surfaces very well, use grease lube under head and on threads and even paint both surfaces but there will be many with a legitimate argument against that, never mind, the big thing is to really tighten each bolt evenly to the tightness that's required with out it breaking..
