a clear post of evidence, so rare here BUT NO ENGINE TOLD
GEN3 HAD 5 ENGINE CHOICES. BUT NOT TOLD HERE.;/
old carD, with old distrib spark , most cars this old are gone\\
finding an old tech like me that did all this back to 1964, I can help.
test fuel fails
that means 1 OF 2 THINGS.
- engine bad
- or spark is dead or timed wrong.OR WRONG ORDER
test fuel works even with gas tank in car missing !!!!!
on all old cars, we check engine compression fIRSt
you can not burn fuel with 50PSI engines, 100psi is my silly lawn mower.
if the cam it out of time 50psi, if timed right 3 times more.
150psi and up the service manual shows the PSI spec.;
once the engine is good and can pump air
all spark plugs must have spark not just 1, or 2.
then firing order correct,
distrib rotors spin CCW or CW, an just crank and watch it.
see it turn CW THEN LAY DOWN SPARK WIRES.
NOBODY CAN GUESS ENGINES , GEN 3 CAR
