Have a spark plug that blew out on a honda jazz

If you are lucky, the spark plug was not tightened correctly and worked loose. In this case, you may be able to chase the threads and it will go back in and stay. Make sure the plug is installed correctly this time. If you are unlucky, the threads will be stripped. In this case, you have 2 choices: thread repair or larger spark plug. Either way, you have to drill and tap the spark plug hole without getting any metal shavings in the cylinder. The main difference is that if you use a thread repair insert, the original spark plug size will fit in your engine; if you tap out the holewithout using an insert you will have to get a different spark plug for the cylinder that was repaired.

I just bought a Honda Jazz 2007 model.Does the auto lock feature work on that model because when I press the lock button near the electronic window button it doesnt work but the unlock buttn does.

The problem most likely is key fob. The lock button is probably worn out. The buttons are a metal plate and when u push it the connection is made which completed the circuit.

How to open the fuse box on a right hand drive Honda Jazz 2011 Vitec 1.4

Most of these fuse doors have plastic ears that fit in slots so they sometimes are a little tough to get open. You most likely will have to pull a little harder in a sliding upward position. Hope this helps.

Honda Jazz (2007) with a non-working interior light

Jacker conner you are 10 years late. so manual on fails and door open dome fails, and the switch not set to ALL MOdes off? hhhhhhhhhhhh read the users guide on dome lamp. oops no jAZZ in USA, so no books most cars 2007 the lamps are BCM body brain operated and have no dedicated fuse to DOME at all, like seen in the 1990s' back. the best I can guess is the head lamp switch if you looked close has dome option. there. on, off, auto off makes it dead all the time auto makes door switchs turn on dome. most cars are in fact fully programmable by you and is cover in the jazz operator guide in the glove box day1, new, lost it? HONDA has it ,ask them, it is free. here are the words you never read,in the glove box as you can sees this is no 1990 are it has a brain now. that fools many now.(then) this magic prevents battery dead. we love it, for sure stranded by lamps left on. fit-undefined-undefined-0.jpg

Honda CRV doesn't start in cold weather.

Smelling fuel is either a fuel leak or an ignition problem. No spark will give raw fuel out of the exhaust.

1995 Honda TRX 300 No Spark while cranking starts when start button is released, also starts off the kick start

When you have a situation where a vehicle like your Honda TRX 300 starts only when you release the start button or when using the kick-start, it's often indicative of an issue with the ignition switch or wiring. Here's a step-by-step troubleshooting guide you can follow:
  1. Check the Ignition Switch: Sometimes, the ignition switch can malfunction, causing intermittent starting issues. Make sure it's functioning properly by checking for any loose connections or signs of damage.
  2. Inspect the Wiring Harness: Over time, the wiring harness can degrade, leading to electrical issues. Look for any frayed wires, loose connections, or damaged insulation. Pay close attention to the wiring around the ignition system.
  3. Test the Ignition Coil: The ignition coil generates the spark that ignites the fuel in the engine. Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the ignition coil. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for the specific resistance values. If the ignition coil is faulty, it may not provide a spark consistently.
  4. Check the Spark Plug: A faulty spark plug can also cause intermittent starting issues. Remove the spark plug and inspect it for any signs of fouling, such as carbon buildup or damage to the electrodes. Replace the spark plug if necessary.
  5. Inspect the Kill Switch: The kill switch is designed to shut off the engine by grounding the ignition system. If the kill switch is malfunctioning or stuck in the off position, it can prevent the engine from starting or cause intermittent starting issues.
  6. Test the Starter Relay: The starter relay sends power to the starter motor when you press the start button. Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the starter relay. If it's faulty, replace it with a new one.
  7. Check the Battery: A weak or faulty battery can cause starting issues. Test the battery voltage with a multimeter. It should read around 12 volts or higher. If the battery voltage is low, recharge or replace the battery.
  8. Inspect the Starter Motor: If the starter motor is not engaging properly or is worn out, it can cause starting issues. Check the starter motor for any signs of damage or wear. You may need to remove it for a closer inspection.
By systematically checking these components, you should be able to diagnose and fix the starting issue with your Honda TRX 300. If you're uncomfortable performing these checks yourself, it's always a good idea to consult a professional mechanic for assistance.
