The problem most likely is key fob. The lock button is probably worn out. The buttons are a metal plate and when u push it the connection is made which completed the circuit.

Try to Google for it, using your make, model and diagram and you might get a .pdf file you can download. Or look at your local library.

Most of these fuse doors have plastic ears that fit in slots so they sometimes are a little tough to get open. You most likely will have to pull a little harder in a sliding upward position. Hope this helps.

Inspect the electrodes and ceramic insulator.

  • Burned or worn electrodes may be caused by:

    • Advanced ignition timing

    • Loose spark plug

    • Plug heat range too hot

    • Insufficient cooling

  • Fouled plug may be caused by:

    • Retarded ignition timing

    • Oil in combustion chamber

    • Incorrect spark plug gap

    • Plug heat range too cold

    • Excessive idling/low speed running

    • Clogged air cleaner element

    • Deteriorated ignition coils

Check the electrode gap (A). If the gap is over the standard, adjust the gap with suitable gapping tool.

Electrode Gap

Standard (New):

1.0-1.1 mm (0.039-0.043 in.)

Replace the plug at the specified interval, or if the center electrode is rounded (A). Use only the spark plugs as listed.

Spark Plugs

wow, no year stated. ???????2001 to present.
is this the JAZZ FIT or the old jAZZ motor cycle (LOL latter)

is this a question or a statement.
im sure its a question but is not formed as one.
how , why, what should i do , what books apply, where is service, where parts , where are the books.
Do not ask , what it costs to fix. or if you can fix it,
no person knows that. but do ask. no matter.

did you read the Operators guide?

the guide says, "take it in for service" lost the GUIDE?
you never posted a real question.

are you looking for the FSM to do DIY service? (ill offer both)
here is 1 FSM, its HUGE. 500mb extracted.
DL the book
extract it (can be burnt to CD and autorun too)
then run the xxxx.HTML file , using IE, internet explorer (java enabled) say to questions, dont block me, and no , dont exit.
covers 2002 to 2005.
see section brakes, see sub sections ABS.
its all there.
that DL , i did scan it, and checked using pro malwarebytes.
it is clean.

In Denso it would be a K20PR-U11 (standard), IK20 (Iridium Power), or VK20 (Iridium Tough). Gap is 1.1mm or 0.044"

The Honda CR-V is usually reckoned to be an easy-starting reliable vehicle.

It takes much more than a new battery...

In order to start and run an engine needs: -
a good cranking speed,
the right amount of fuel delivered into the combustion chamber at the right time,
good compression,
and a spark sufficient to ignite the fuel at the right time.

It is clear at least one of the requirements is absent and only systematic testing will discover which. The cause could be anything from a poor electrical connection to bad injector spray patterns, one or more tired sensors or even bad intake valve seats.

Have you checked transmission fluid with vehicle at normal operating temperature and on level ground? Also is the check engine light on.If so hook up OBD 2 auto scanner to pull error codes.Might want to check with dealership to see if vehicle has cable as part of shifter limnkage.

the error code was P1457, which usually means an evaporation leak usually caused by the gas cap not being tight enough or it might need replacing

You will have to remove the player from its installed location, then disassemble it enough to remove the stuck DVD. If correct operation can be verified, reassemble the player and reinstall it.
