It sounds as if you may have introduced water to the oil. I suggest getting your oil and oil filter if the car still has the noise you may need to take it into a shop for diagnoses

you will have to find the key , there is no other way. of not it will need to be towed to a honda dealer , they can do a reset with there dealer level scan tool.
