01 accord 2 codes p1751, and p1700
1700 is a generic code for many makes and models referring to a transmission issue.1751 is directed to the shift solenoid valve b. May be able to replace just that solenoid and be ok. Cheaper than a transmission.

Each car is slightly different, but behind the head light, under the bonnet, there will most likely be toggles that you need to push in that will release the lock, and you can then pull it out. It will take a bit of strength and wiggling, but once you do one, they other will be pretty straight forward.
2002 Honda Accord SE alarm won't turn off
a work around for when you turn the key to the unlock position and alarm goes off.
Turn the key back to the lock position.
Turn the key back to the unlock position. The alarm should now be disabled.

I had this problem half year ago, and traced to bad spark plugs. Seem like two of the plugs were the correct type for my 95 Accord LX. They did not fire correctly and eventually both ignited together causing exempt interference with the high voltage coil. I cannot explain more than this, but pull the plugs and see which one or two may be bad and also check the high voltage coil and spark wires. Good luck.

If a b14 code pops up on your Accord, you can fix it as follows:
1. Replace engine oil and filter
2. Check the tire pressure and rotate the tires
3. Check drive belt, install a new air cleaner element, and replace the dust and pollen filter
4. Replace the transmission fluid if required
5. Replace timing belt and spark plug if need be
6. Change the engine coolant
7. Also, replace the back differential fluid
Note: if the problem gets resolved at step 1, you don't need to move forward with the rest of the steps.

A couple of DIY things come to mind..
1, make sure you have a good ground connection from the battery to car ie not corroded, clean good connection both ends.
2. The ICU (integrated control unit) is failing or has some corrosion on the connectors. It's on the back of the fuse box.
