you could leave the key in ignition in the on position for about 10 to 20 minutes this over rides immobiliser so you can start vehicle. the red immobiliser light that flashes goes out when you can start it. the light is the red LED next to the trip computer buttons

There appears to be a short internally in your steering wheel.

It may well be the crankshaft position sensor, which is one of the most common error codes for any vehicle. Unfortunately there's no way of testing a crankshaft position sensor other than replacing it. A point to bear in mind is that an error code can display as a warning light .. and the true fault may be 'unknown'. You have a choice: replace the crankshaft sensor in the hope that things are fixed .. or get a professional diagnostic check done. A mobile mechanic .. A hand-held diagnostic machine is unlikely to be able to identify an error code on a pre-2004 vehicle. That's why mechanics -good ones - have a 'selection' of hand held diagnostic readers.

i would recommend replacing the dfi module which is located under the coil packs .see how that goes.

Could be coil or crank angle sensor, Im not sure what make or model your vehicle is,

The procedure Im giving here is for a vt v6 commodore. The main belt tensioner is located near the alternator to release the drive belt tension you need to to becareful. The bolt in the centre of the tensioner you will need to place a 13 or 15mm spanner over and very careful and slow apply pressurer you will find there is reasonable amount of tensioner there but as u move the tensioner the drive belt will become loose and more movement for easier removly. lift the drive belt off the alternator pulley once that's done then very slowly and gently let the tensioner return to the home position. Same procedure to refit..

Vt Commodore minium Disc rotor thickness is front 25mm. Rear minium thickness is 13.9mm

The Radio pin number should be on the security card inside the owners manual fold with log book. Otherwise go into your local hen dealer and the can connect tech2 to vehicle and retrieve it. Otherwise look it up on the online system .

first look to see if the cooling fan(s) come on when the temp gauge reads hot or above half way mark. I suspect the coolant temp sensor is faulty and not sending correct temp reading to pcm and is not turning on the cooling fans.. other possibility is the cooling fans are burnt or relay to fans also ..I would check fans first then relay info back here for more advise.

It sounds like it could be the airflow sensor, try that and see if that fixes it, hope this helps, it's really hard to diagnose something without seeing or hearing it

Try the bulb, if the Bulb is blown, then replace it as they hav a high and low element in the bulb

the diff fill plug in the rear of the housing is the oil level for a diff.If it wines when driving then it will be the large pinion gear bearing that is failing.

sound like the window wiper stalk has a short in it causeing the circuit to remain constantly on so might need to be replaced that would be the first thisng i would do then go further chcking wiring and fusines
