Replace the passenger side blend door actuator

Controlled by a control module ,BCM , liftgate module etc.... Probably a switch input is bad . You don't say what year ,but doesn't matter .your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

this is the part .. looks like one of the harder diy jobs on this model take photos as you go you need to be able to undo all the clamps and connections and put the hoses back in the right place source internet one mechanics view on the job Spent the better part of two hours pulling this hose out of a customers car. Had to drop the alternator and starter motor to get enough room to pull it out over the gearbox. did you pull the inlet manifold or drop the alt and starter like i did?

There's a little tab on the wiper blade. But the auto parts stores like A-zone will do it for you.

You did not give the year, but it should be a 25amp fuse or circuit breaker in the panel inside the passenger compartment. Check your owners manual for details.
