Ford S-MAX 2008 radio PIN Code required. VIN:WF0SXXGBWS8G16454. Thanks

I just found the codes on a ford radio and it may or may not be the same for your radio, but you can try it. If your radio has digital read out on the screen, you simply push down and hold at the same time buttons 1 and 2 and your code should come up. Hope this works for you. Good Luck.

S max brake light switch location

That switch should be located at the upper section of the brake peddle arm. If you reach up under the dash, running your hand up the arm the brake peddle is attached to... You will feel a small box with a button. THAT'S IT!!! When you push down on the brake peddle, it pushes that little button on the switch which makes the brakes lights come on. Just for kick though, make sure the brake light fuse is still good, before roll around on your floor board. Good luck and Happy New Year, Bill

Power steering max

Hi Sherman You have to do this test to find out why the steering is heavy. after you check the steering fluid level and top it up if needed. start the engine let it IDLE try to turn steering and feel how hard or soft is. Now rev the engine up to 2500 rpm and keep holding the rev. test the steering while you still holdind the rev. if you feel no difference, the problem is the steering rack it self. if the steering get softer while you rev up, the problem is the power steering pump. Good Luck

Engine cover removal on s-max

I would recommend loosening the fuel filter and then applying air for a compressor to the fuel tank and have someone watch for fuel filter and when it is full of fuel keep applying air and tighten the filter. check for fuel going through the line from the filter to the engine. Then have someone try to start it while still applying air the the tank which will help push the fuel. I used to do this all the time working on semi's and chevy express vans with duramax diesels.
