Car dies on decel no
Hi!
It would help to have the model, year and engine since different years use different sensors and output actuators. With no codes present, i would look at the IAC valve (idle air control) assuming your model has one. This valve serves two purposes. One is to control the idle, and the second is to act as whats known a dashpot on older vehicles. It keeps the idle slightly higher so the vehicle doesn't stall when decelerating.
The valve is located near the throttle body and is controlled by the vehicles computer. It's usually easy to install and normally fastened by two screws. The part cost could be from $40 - $200, again depending on the model.
The only surefire way to diagnose this would be to install a scan tool and monitor sensors and the IAC duty cycle commanded by the computer. Good luck, if you want to add some more info I may be able to help a bit more.

The pumps on most cars are located on the washer bottle or very close to it. Before you go any great length, make sure that the nozzle holes are clear, they block very easily.

they had a problem with the throttle body. you need to have it put on diagnostic equipment, there is no quick fix to this. the vehicle goes in limp mode to protect your engine
Temperature gauge goes up blower
The first thing I would check is the level of antifreeze in the radiator. If it is low, you need to find out why. Hose or water pump leaking, blown head gasket, etc.
If it is not low, possible air mix door malfunction or clogged heater core.

without knowing exactly what year and model your ford is, i can't be more specific about my answer, but it is possible for the sensors related to the cruise control to be damaged during brake work, particularly if the calipers were not supported correctly when the rotors were removed for grinding. If the mechanic allowed the calipers to dangle from the wire/brake line bundle instead of supporting them with a piece of wire or twine, it could have pulled wires loose from the wheel speed sensors or the ABS sensors, which could not only damage your cruise control, but potentially also result in damage to the Anti-lock Braking System of your car. If the shop refuses to fix the problem to your satisfaction, I would definitely recommend talking to your local Better Business Bereau or other consumer advocate organization. It is possible that another shop or the dealership you bought your car from could provide you with more specific information about this problem if you talked to them candidly about the situation, explaining that you suspect damage from the other shop's poor workmanship.

I would start by testing the starter, this sounds like a bad starter as long as the battery is charged, if you use a test light and test for power at the starter, there are two wires to starter, one is a cable size like at the battery, this wire has power at all times then the small wire should have power when the key is in the crank postion, so if someone is trying to start it and you get power to the small wire then the starter is bad,. hope this helps.
