Why my 2005 ba ford falcon wont start?
Its either no spark or no gas. Remove the fuel line and carefully crank it over..are you getting any fuel? If not possibly clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump. If yes, are the spark plugs firing. Remove number one plug lead hold close to any metal surface on engine, crank over ..spark there..strong or weak spark? No spark check coil and associated parts.
Ford falco ba2003 ecu repair
Most ECU units are non repairable and the fast fix is another one from the wreckers. Run fault codes first as the ecu units are fairly robust and sometimes all it takes is to use a scanner to reprogram the CPU inside
Drive axle removale
remove disc and brake calliper assembly. There should be 4 bolts at the end of the axle housing flange These hold a retaining washer in place . Remove these then pull the axle flange out of the housing. In some instances the bearing and seal may be stuck and you may have to use a slide hammer or some other method to get the axle to come out.. Note ensure the car is securely placed on jack stands as the removal process may work the car off a jack and injury will occur
How to remove rear axle from 2004 ba ford falcon
Hi there.
Well first jack up the rear end of car then block up the front wheels (front and rear) and put stands under the rear jacking points STILL keeping the pressure on the jack, clamp the rear brake pipe that comes from the body to the rear axle and clamp with a small clamp
but dont tighten to tight remove the flex pipe and also the rear shockers from the axle ,then the spring u bolts and then the hand brake cable from the center adjuster,now it should only leave your tail shaft 4 nuts/bolts.
But why are you removing the rear/axle????

Bf falcon auto wont select gear or drive

Smart sheild engine immobilization
car needs to be brought to dealer possibly to be reset, or you can TRY:
1. remove BOTH battery terminals on battery for at LEAST 5 minutes, on the last 2 minutes of that, use a small piece of wire and touch the 2 terminals together { WITHOUT EITHER TOUCHING BATTERY TERMINALS [ EITHER TERMINAL WHILE THEY ARE JOINED ] !!!!}
2. this is usually called a Hard Reset, and drains all power from modules while battery is disconnected..
3. Make sure, you have the CORRECT key for vehicle, even if car came with a VALET type key, use a KNOWN good key/keyfob..
4. reconnect terminals to battery.
5. try and restart...
