Will the starter motor crank the engine? If it does, it may not be the security system? My info says your security system is starter motor disable among other things. Was the battery disconnected? I wouldn't think just replacing the ignition coil would effect the security system? If the problem is the security system, you may need a manufacturer specific scanner or aftermarket scanner that can communicate with security system to fix. Just my opinion.

In the old days, 50 years ago, cars had their oil change every 3,000 miles, and they received a "lubrication" at that time. ( Some "lube" jobs were a "lick and a promise".) Conscientious mechanics would spray lubricant (like "Ruglyde") on all the rubber joints, to help quiet them. Today, no one does that. I suggest you find a garage that has a drive-on hoist, and drive it on and raise it up in the air. Then pull or push the areas of the car, and you may find the location of your squeaks. Hopefully, you have no worn out parts. God bless your efforts.

sounds like you have a wheel sensor problem that you will have to check for codes in the system then go from there.

However, all codes should be listed historically hiding in the background of the ECM that can be read with a pro grade scan tool computer, the sort that cost $3,500 to $5,000. These scan tools can also record what happens in real time. The dealership needs to keep it, drive it and record when it happens. If it only happens for a couple of seconds, you are not going to be able to catch it but they should be able to access those stored codes.
