Points to fuel temperature & pressure sensor or sensors. Simple to check, just disconnect and read ohms. May just be a loose connector or wire. Not a very expensive part to have to replace.

In the arm handle there will be one are two screws remove them then with a panel removing tool locate the tabs behind the panel and pop them out. Replace in reverse order it really is easy just a little time consuming. O yea after you get all the tabs lose lift up on the panel will slip right out. Good luck

Make sure the battery didn't expire 2007 original battery ? & not charging it while parked! Once the computer monitors run, that issue may go away IF the battery is good & module voltage is good,if not then you will have to have the problem diagnosed Maybe you have an abs problem & the rest is just a coincidence I would run my scan tool software & look at the modules in enhanced data & road test until all monitors run clean,in your situation Unfortunately folks don't own professional tools at home & have decades of vehicle knowledge for a hobby, just me I guess

A bad gas cap will cause the light to come on, of so replace the cap. The vent is not working if gas is coming back at you. Replace with new.

Strange but do you think a hose has a pin hole that is spraying coolant up? check the inner hood for over spray. Clean the engine then drive it & look for more obscure places that might be wet.

the reason for the low heat is most likely you're low on anti-freeze. If your water pump is dripping, most likely you need a new one.
