sounds like your in limp mode which means the computer is trying not to let you total destroy engine --knock sounds are associated by mainly two reasons one would be bad gas and you will and would get all sorts of malfunction codes {engine light } the other is a rod knock where the main bearing/rod bearing or piston damage has occurred to get out of limp mode need to repair problem --resetting code will not help if damaged engine

A part from inside the motor came out causing a hole to allow oil to drain, without oil the oil pressure safety switch will not allow the motor to start, the motor is now in rebuild mode.

Replace the switch will be what I would try first if its the motor a little harder and more expensive. Good luck

The window motors have internal circuit breakers that prevent heat damage for excessive use. Do all the other windows work? If so the motor could be at fault. One trick to closing it would be by safely slamming the door. This will hopefully break the weld in the motor enough to close the window. Look in the foot well on the passenger side. The resistor is held into the blower plenum with two hex screws. This is where it is located on the second generation (through 2004) and I don't think they changed this for 2005

Look underneath the cover for the main fuse box under the hood. It should have a diagram for all the main fuses along with the sizes and the relays.

The door locks are not fused individually. If one is not working most likely a defective door lock motor or wiring to it.

Should be in main fuse block. Don't see label? Check them all.
