I would clean your battery terminals. They may be corroded enough to not allow enough amps to the power systems but will be enough to keep the radi and lights on. I had it happen to me. REmove the cables from the battery and clean them with a wire brush(connectors on the wires too) and then try it again

Are you talking about your windshield wipers? Try replacing them.

Very,very difficult. Bear in mind that there is an RFID sensor near the barrel that is used by the immobilizer system. If you can turn your key one notch between OFF and ON, then the locking pins can be pressed in and you can pull the barrel out. If not, your need to remove the whole steering column and do a lot of drilling/grinding to remove the locking pin.

two things could be wrong ,one is bulbs have gone two the clock its self have packed up

check that the cam shaft is turning over as it may be a broken timing belt/chain. Run fault codes to check further.
