Citroen C2, automatic sequential. Not going into Neutral, not turning over. Also not working, fan, radio, wipers, electric windows.

That is a whole lot of 'not working'! Check the fuses, but you probably need an auto-electrician. https://www.google.com/search?q=citroen+c2+fuse+box+diagram ..

Citroen C2 battery is dead, locked key in the motor vehcile, have a spare key but the front door will not open manually ?

The only thing I can think of is that this make uses an electric lock actuator and the key just turns on a switch, with no battery power no lock action.

Rear axle miss aligned,didn't mark front bracket car is now pulling to the kerb. how can relocate mounting bracket in place

Plip battery spent

You remote (plip) needs new battery: CR 0523 (3V). After a change of battery, it may be necessary to re-initialise the remote control. To do that, switch on the ignition and immediately press "lock" button on your remote control to trigger the action desired. This may take some ten seconds.
