Remove the bolts on the track that holds the driver's seat down; disconnect any equipment wiring harnesses, like the seat heater and/or the motor that controls the movement of the seat, if so equipped.
Once the seat assembly is removed, then you can begin the process of reupholstering the seat. There are plenty of helpful "how to" videos on YouTube pertaining to the subject- I just don't know if there are any specific to your year, make, and model car.
As a suggestion, if you are a beginner and don't have the knowledge, experience, or tools to do the job, It may be just as inexpensive...and faster, to bring the entire seat to an auto re-upholsterer.
If you really want to do the job yourself, maybe you can visit a local auto re upholsterer and ask for assistance/tutelage.

There is no interior fuse panel, all fuses are under the hood in the integrated power fuse and relay panel. The information on this panel starts on Page 461 of the owners manual.

James, I would check the valve cover gaskets first but to cut down on the frustration go to auto zone or such and get a bottle of dye that is made to do this and a blacklight follow bottle directions it is UV sensitive and will pin point your leak. Not expensive either. Hope this helps.

That is called the Exhaust Manifold. One side is attached to the side of the engine, and the other side is attached to the end of the Catalytic Converter. If the car is horrendously loud, someone has stolen it. If you can see it under the van, the gaskets just need replacing or the bolts tightening.
