Hi orvil brad hear I would check the ing. fuses you have at least one and maby two in the inside cab fuse block, and also one or two in the engine bay fuse panel, there is also a relay located in the eng. bay panel, also you may check the ing. wire that goes to the coil system, This wire will have no 12volts until the ing. switch is turned on then it will show 12volts. It has a habit of coming loose at the coil sometimes. Good luck

Turning over is engine cranking, not running. I'm not sure I understood your post? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, 3.4L engine, 41--47 psi. Any applicable trouble codes? To check codes yourself, at the least you need an obd2 code reader. I'd want to check if system is running rich or lean?

Don't have a lot of experience with this model , but , sounds like rev limiter is engaging because computer believes vehicle not moving maybe ? Is speedo working if electric ? if speedo geared then is speed sensor bad , I have seen that before . Hugh

Check the for a leak on the vacuum tubes.

check to make sure the rad coolant fan is operating, then if its okay get a head gasket test done as it may have a problem.

need a little more information but it sounds like either mass airflow sensor or passlock securtiy issue

It sounds like it is low on coolant. Maybe try taking a heater hose off to let air out as you add coolant. This is just a guess, not a surefire remedy. I know dodge trucks have to be blead to let the air out of the cooling system, haven't heard of it on your vehicle. But heck, it cost's nothing to try it. If it doesn't, you may need to replace the water pump. It may be wore out and only pumping enough water when the engine is revved up. That is most likely it.

Not sure what you are saying - - the three coils are mounted to the module which has two connectors on one end and a third connector on the other end.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Its a long way from the gas tank to the engine so you need a fair bit of cranking. Also, if it ran dry, it means the pump also was running dry after it stopped. The gas lubricates and cools the pump, so you may have wrecked it. First thing, check that fuel is being pumped. Then check the pressure.
