Look under the vehicle and see where the ac hoses enter the rear of vehicle. The ac evaporator and temp controls should be above where the hoses enter the car. You will need to remove the cover and find the actuator.

Are you doing this yourself? For the money you've spent on parts (none of which apparently made any difference), you could probably have had the engine diagnosed and properly repaired by a qualified shop that guarantees their work. Maybe for a lot less!

Brand new Traverse should be covered under the 3yr. / 36k bumper to bumper warranty. If it isn't much past the warranty bumper to bumper the dealership you purchased the vehicle from may "goodwill it" and go ahead and repair the issue but that is souly up to the shop management to honor something like that.
