Should be on the driver side inside rail of vehicle should have a green or black service port cap and one under hood on right side of vehicle looking at it from front should be at the back of engine on driver's side with a service port cap on it

Check all vacuum hoses , replace air filter with new one .

You also may have turned the wheel and its now has to much stress to turn thw key. Try moving thw steering wheel while turning the key see if it will turn. If it turns hard one way good chance its locked and just turn it a little should get it to release

Have you recently had any work done to your vehicle, like tires or brakes? Possible a connector for the ABS wasn't re-hooked up. OR there's a short.

That's a tough one.First you have to find which cylinder it is (if it's only one). Then you have to determine if that/those cylinders have compression. If not you have major engine issues. If there is compression you have to determine if the spark plug/s are good, coil/s, injector/s, ECM, etc. Is there a vacuum leak? That's the short list.

Could be the low beam relay contacts are stuck . Do you know what a relay is an how they work ? HDM Relay #46 in the under hood fuse / relay box
