there's a defect in the grid somewhere and trace it till u find the spot! once u find the spot find way to fix it! might have to replace rear glass!!

Using an ohm meter go to the grid on the window and first press one lead on the left strip that runs down the window and the other lead on the right strip that runs down the window and check for continuity. If you get a reading use a magnifier and study all the horizontal lines running from end to end. Chances are something scratched the window or during the summer, heat shrank the lines. If you find a cut or scratch, using the ohm meter put one lead on one side of the break and the other lead on the other side of the break If you get continuity then there's your sign.... I mean your problem You can buy a liquid to fix it with.

I would suspect you have a bad wheel hub (bearing) assembly. The bearings will roar/growl when they start to go bad. I've seen the bearings actually disappear from the hubs because it got so bad. Also, the ABS light will come on when the bearings go bad. I would take it to a mechanic before it gets any worse.
