Most times it's just the nut at the wiper needs to be tightened other times a piece on the wiper transmission breaks. Either way is an easy fix

There is a link bar under the cowl (plastics under wipers) the bar has plastic sockets on each end that connects the left side(where the motor connects) to the right, so...when the left wiper moves it transfers the motion to the right

I had the same problem only the panic button didn't work, I had to get the key FOB reprogrammed it took them 15 minutes and cost me $150.00.

disconnect either heater hose at the engine, remove radiator cap, slowly pour water in at heater hose untill it comes out radiator

They usually hammer the screwdriver into the lock and use the screwdriver to turn the lock in place of a key. Of course they forget about the antitheft system, but some just want to release the steering lock so they can get it onto a low loader and strip for parts. Take off all the plastic and replace the lock. It is a job better left to your local dealership because of removing the hardened steel pin some have and some has a special technique for sliding the cylinder out.
