Wiper motor stopped working. I
Wiper motors usually do not have a relay, they are operated directly from the switch. Before you look at wiring, check the fuse, wiper motors are notoriously reliable and something like a switch will go long before the wiper motor. The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the wiper fuse it should be around 15 to 20 amps.

This is not very specific on the problem but, anything negative can attach to the frame as ground. I have no clue what you mean by "BCM".

Leaking coolant from passenger firewall only
Heater hose connecton to heater core pipe is defective. Remove hose and inspect the tube to make sure it is round and ok. Replace with new hose. It possibly may be a pin hole in the tube which would have to be repaired by replacing the heater core.

Battery voltage
You will need an alternator that will handle the total load of all the electronics and electrical units in the car. Most cars run either a 60 amp or a 90 amp depending on if you have heated seats and all that extra load.. The wrong amperage alternator will not give starting problems so run fault codes for that. You can gauge if the alternator is big enough by fitting a volt meter across the batter and by running everything (Lights seats etc ) and watch the voltage gauge to see it the battery voltage slowly goes down over a period of time . Going for say an 2 hour drive would give some indication. The alternator will keep a charge on 14.5-15 volts and when you let it idle the battery voltage will be less than 12 volts indicating that the alternator is not supplying all the required current and the battery is putting in some current as well
