Do you have the Check Engine Light on? If so get the code scanned. That should give you a place to start looking. Some of the likely causes are low fuel pressure due to a bad fuel pump or a severely plugged fuel filter. A severely clogged air filter or air intake restriction can also cause those symptoms.

P1619 is a thermostat error, you likely need to replace it or you have a bad sensor. P0174 (I'm guessing that's what you meant, not just 174) is a bit trickier to troubleshoot. There is a good video here showing where to start:
Obviously water is the cause. Make sure all hood seals and underbody splash shields are in place, check firewall main connector for security. After it rains (without driving it in rain) check floor mats inside for water. A possible windshield or dash leak is allowing water into electrical area near instrument cluster (windshield may need resealed). Lift hood and look for water on any electrical connections disconnect dry, and seal with tune up grease from parts store. Good luck
I assume you have checked your oil level and it is ok. If the yellow oil light comes on a few seconds after start up and then goes off it means the oil level sensor is faulty. It is located on the bottom of the engine attached with 3, 10mm nuts. Remove the support pan first 8 bolts 16mm and drain the oil.
Then its going to need to be rebuilt or replaced. Depending on the year make and model a used replacement engine would most likely be the cheaper route

This, unfortunately, is one of those "if you have to ask, you should not do it" questions.
There is hydraulic fluid in the automatic transmission and in the power steering pump. I presume that you are interested in the transmission. The synthetic transmission fluid in this transmission is extremely expensive.
You add fluid to the transmission through the hole in the side of the transmission while the car is perfectly level and the transmission is at the correct operating temperature. You determine the transmission temperature using the temperature sensor inside the transmission, and if you had the equipment to do that, you would not have needed to ask this question.
If you know about how much fluid you lost, and you just want to add a fixed amount to replace it, I suppose you can try lifting the driver side up until the car is at a pretty good angle and then removing the plug and pouring fluid in the transmission when it is off and cold. Good luck with that.

the battery is most likely too low to start the engine as the starter motor needs a lot more power than the lights to operate, you will need to charge the battery.......hope this helps......cheers.
