posible bad heater core

If it just clicks then i would suspect the battery is dead. Try to jump the battery.

short in wiring probably ground to that side

It could be a computer problem, make sure you are not losing fuel pressure and if fuel is the problem you may want to check the relays for the fuel pump.

Check for any cracked vacuum hose, Throttle clean it Check if you have any place sucking air.

if it is a e36 model just slid a ruller or somethig simuller between the light and flasher unit and it should slide forwerds

It sounds like you either:1. wheels/tires that are not balanced properly (most likely)2. bad wheel bearings (very dangerous)3. Have a cylinder misfire4. Have warped brake rotorsA tire/wheel shop should be able to narrow down the problem

This evaporator takes a professional technician over 15 hours of hard labor to replace. Hurray for BMW. This is planned obsolescence. They figure if they make it hard enough and expensive enough to work on eventually you'll buy another new car. How right they are. People who buy new cars don't care. They just keep buying this junk. The do it yourself type person should not attempt this proceedure. You'd be asking for big trouble.

Check your o2 (oxygen sensors)

Sounds like the alternator may be missing an excitation current source.
Check the 'IGN' dash indicator lights when you turn ignition switch on prior to starting motor,
if not one of the below may be problem:-
1) check exiter control wire is connected to alternator D+ terminal (low current wire, +V with Ign on),
2) replace dash 'IGN' indicator lamp.

Continuity is when both ends of the component are out of the circuit& your meter battery is usedThat isn't used any more,just use a volt meter & voltage drop the switch

a/c needs checking for leaks possibly needs refilling for gas as the ecu will not let the a/c start if pressure is low

the starter relay on mine is under the steering wheel, undo the screews that hold the panal under the steering wheel in there.hope it helps

it's a series of brake pumps to key turns. your local BMW dealer can tell you how to do it over the phone

Could be anything and may need the diagnostic equipment of the dealer to sort it out

Have you tried having a helper push down on the hood over the latch to relieve the spring tension on the latch while you try to pull the hood release, this often does the trick. Also are you sure the cable is connected, do you fell tension on the hood release handle when you pull it?

It is possible for just one line on the PCM to be bad.....however, it is best to see if there is something else causing the failure..... Check out all things first before replacing a PCM... But if one part of the PCM goes bad then it would have to be replaced.. But most of the time a car will run even if the PCM is bad... Just depends on what part of the board went bad.
