Your question did not specify what "filler cap". The above response from FTjoe is for the power steering filler cap. The following RealOEM link is for the engine oil filler cap (Item 4) which is square and black and is on top of the engine. A simple solution could just be your Cap for the coolant. also if the water pump has never been changed flush the engine and complete coolant system NOW!!! This is indicative right before the head blows on them. Install a new pump, Stop operation of this auto completely only to drive to a Qualified Service place if you cant do it. If this car is not bled properly after service it will blow.Adhere to my words please unless you have 3500 laying around for a new head installation go now. I would safely assume your right mirror may be inoperable period then by your statement you are leaving the switch for the mirrors in the middle during switching correct and during adjustment are switching to R/L mirror on the switch? Mirrors are on the same circuit so both should be operable. Have the mirror checked for operation before heading any further. I Think you will find during this its unplugged from its source of power or inoperable period and needs replaced. Its in your driver manual if you do not have the proper book for your car please purchase one from a dealer or online. BMW is a complicated machine, knowledge is power with this auto. This book is a lot of power for you. Personally i would not drive one without it tows are not cheap. There are so many things this book has the answer for like where your fuses are located, valuable parts numbers, location of parts and the proper name for the part in question. Save your sanity BMW's are very problematic without this little book your all alone in the world and its full of pictures too. sounds like the key may be worn out..check the appearance of it if it is worn a little smooth that could cause the problem you're describing.

Hi 5rhems. A common issue with the windows are the regulators. If you get the affected window to about half way up and can pull it up or push it downward with little effort, the window regulator could be faulty. Also make sure that the window guides are not dry or worn excessively.

Well sounds like your experiencing a heater core leak but you did not mention that you smell coolant inside the car if you do this is your problem if not read below.These cars sometimes hit things in the road. Which rips holes in the floor boards of the auto or knock out small plugs that are used to remove moisture. Some are metal some are steel. But in most cases it is the sunroof there is a vent which drains out down the wall to the outside which is a rubber hose this may be off or plugged up which often happens. Rain has no where to go but follow the hose to the floor and then deposit its wetness into the carpet. remove the headliner to view the problem. it means the 02 sensors are dead. (them or worse) 62 seems way way too high , the service manual tell you spec on this keyon,, idle and WOT, pressure spec, only that matters as does injector leakdown tests and injector balance tests. learn this the O2 sensors can only do a fine tune on fuel. if there are exhaust leaks, o2 lie if there are stuck head valves 02 lie (each slug of air does that) gross misfiring, P017x codes trim error.s that means the PCM can not do trim at all. the engine hot is not in closed loop as it must be. for this above reasons. no vin told no country told no full engine spec name told at all no service manual to read for sure injection and pressure test. and FPR tests for proper regulation at all engine loads. cant be done blind, zero books./ 5 engine there are for 325i no 325XI, 2.5L engine gas. the new FPR page shows 51PSI not not 62 FPR has 4 nippples n it, 2 for fuel and 1 vacuum it seems if I am right on this FPR, there are 3 pressures to test, keyon, idle and WOT vacuum in the plenum does that and is engine load. at key on and wot psi is highes and idle lowest. and is in the manual and my one line BMW pages stinks to high heaven. zero FPRR chapters there, sadly here is fprif vac hose 4 falls off PSI is max. due to vac MIN>port 1,2,3 , one is pump input, one is to rails and one is return to tank line my best guess. which one is which IDK. rail pressure is what matters,key on pressure is highest and idle is lowest.if not fuel trim fails hard. no 02 can cure insane high fuel pressure. the PSI drop is about 5psi.sorry i do not have the real service manuals5 psi less than atmospheric pressure (keyon) also called "constant differential pressure" on the injector and FPR does that magic. on newer cars have FPR sensor and can correct pump or FPR errors. but not yours.
