If your vehicle has a carburetor, I'd say you've got a problem with your choke, specifically your cold/curb idle dashpot. What is your fuel system, "air mixture problems" sounds like a carburetor to me.

This could be lots and lots of different things but most likely is the bearings in the top of the suspension tower. You need to jack the wheel up and turn the wheel left and right to check, also grab the strut and wiggle it back and forward.If there is movement or noticeable noise coming from top of strut then you need to replace the suspension strut top hat complete with the bearing in it.

If you have a multimeter remove and test the fuses for continuity (OHMS) as fuses can look OK but they have blown. If your replacing fuses ONLY replace the with one of the Same colour and Amp rating.
