Auxiliary drive belt also need to replace the tensioner pulley and idler pulley no you won't need to redo the timing as it is a different system

if you wiggle the fuse box and press the button does the windows work ? as it can be the fuse box its self not having a good connection to the relay or the fuses, to find out if the connection is good, using a pencil rub it on the connections on the relay and put in the fuse box again and then pull it out there should be lines in the pencil mark to confirm its connecting properly.

Try inspecting the wiring harness that runs from the car body to the door. Most common issues are wiring breaks in this section due to constant open and closing of doors.

Is it not shown on the fusebox lid? Its probably combined with something else. If not find an owners handbook its usually in the back pages. Look on bing or google images for a picture.
