I doubt if a dome lite and license plate lite are on the same circuit. License plate is usually on tail lite circuit and dome on another circuit. I would start by checking ALL the fuses in the fuse panel or panels. Many cars have two or more and some are hidden. Had a Park Ave that you had to remove glove box to find one

Fit a new coil pack ,

general motors, 1.2L engine. main bearing, 22 ft lbs plus 30 degree turn. rod bearing, 15 ft lbs plus 90 degree turn.

Unbolt it and remove stuff replace gasket and reverse the order! EASY NO!!!!

Code 82 is Change Engine Oil Soon. Just a maintenance reminder. Page 5-25/26 of your owners manual. After you change your oil go on to your info screen and reset your oil to 100% and you will no longer have a warning. It will tell you in manual how to reset.

There should be a diagram for the belt routing under the hood by the radiator. Look for the belt tensioner and swing it back and put the belt on per the drawing.
