Eml light.. loss of power
Hi
Air flow sensor could be a problem.
Every time EML comes on the car computer will put the system into limp mode. To avoid any further damage to the engine.
once switch off, isolated and re-start will re-run the program and clear it temporary.
Ideally you need to get the car plugged in to a Diagnostic computer and see what fault code are stored.
Thanks

I JUST BOUGHT A 1999
Fist get an owners manual. It will have most of the lights ID'd. Also Haynes manuals are pretty good. You can download them online at Haynes.com . The gold standard is the manual by Bently publishers. I found it helps to have both the Haynes and the Bentley manuals.

BMW 320d e90 fan noise from AC/climate control
Check if happening at specific settings on the fan. Fans use resisters to slow down their speed. Typically the lowest setting will mess up before the highest. If coming a going means you change the speed and it goes away.
If it doesn't matter what speed, there is probably something in your vents. Do you park outside? Mice love getting into warm cars on cold nights, and build nests... a nice comfy place can be in vents...
Or have very small kids... mine used to love putting things in the vents and have them disappear! Could be cherios

Satuar codepo700 what is worong
P0700 is an informational code only. It doesn't point to a direct fault in the engine, only a general fault in the transmission.

Loud rubbing noise driving
Check your backing plate or called shield on rotor on that side. Possibly, its bent and rubbing the rotor. This could happen during brake work.

My bmw 320d alarm went off and the key fob now
new one on me this. I would suggest you disconnect the battery for 24 hrs to let the ecu etc reset, but make sure you have a radio code if needed. Then reconnect and see how you get on. You can easily resync your fob by inserting key in door lock, turn to lock and at the same time press the lock button and to unlock do exactly the same.
