move the HVAC heater levers to not recirc, but to fresh air then active defrost, mode, this turns on A/C and uses it as a dehumidifier. clearing the windshield. both tricks lower humidity in the cab. (my post assumes A/C present and works, and dampers work)

what locks, on what doors, the FOB buttons, the door actual buttons. what? do say? what was before.? on my cars, the door locks are programmable. what did the do before. and then after. on mine , i can control what the doors do i can use 1 click to open all doors, or double clicks and other things. even driver door only click opens only driver door. is the fob totally dead. are the manual locks working? on each door.?

no year, no real answers, sorry, lots of GV made. cant find reverse. what does that mean.? cant move the shift lever to R? no? the shifter goes to R but car wont move in reverse? only? that gear is dead? where is filter. what filter in what system? my guess is Transmission filter.? if transmission is an A/T the filter is in the transmission above the ATF oil pan. yes, we must take off the pan and get a bath in ATF. the A/T service is covered in both manuals. operators and full FSM. it say, take it in to service, or in FSM how to. all cars. atf = automatic transmission fluid.

Take it to autozone they will check your engine light for free and tell you the problem.

so what are the real signs. of overheating there are many which ones do you have? just the silly dash gauge told me so. there is green AF (antifreeze on the ground) i see steam from any thing under hood or at tail pipe end./ the engine pings.? knock, or is called ,detonation. by pro's the engine lacks power. the side overfill bottle is overflowing with AF, air bursts or steam) the engine is cold this morning , i remove RAD cap , look into the neck there and there is no GREEN AF to be seen, (this never lies, its low on AF) i have AF in the engine oil. (dip stick end) I have AF in the the transmission. (dip stick end) (A/T only) I see oil in my rad cap neck hole....or carbon floating there) i hear gurggling in my cap heater core (air) like that. got any of them?

your idle valve may be dirty or needs replacing would check this as it controls idle. sits on the intake with wires coming out of it.

Open each door (one at a time) with the car running and parked. Look for the small contact switch that tells the car the door is open/shut. See image for location. Press that switch in firmly and watch the dash to see if the light comes on while you are pressing. This will tell you which one of the switches is bad.

no year, huh? many ways .

1. driving gas cap off
2. rust on top of tank.(look)
3. hoses on tank, any missing cracked or fell off. (all vent and filler)
4. the gas station fuel was bad.
5. some prankster put it in.
6. did i miss any?
